What we cap, and why
Each paid tier has a per-month upstream cost cap so a runaway session can't generate a surprise bill. When usage approaches the cap, you'll see a banner in the cockpit with two choices: enable metered overage (Studio only; charged at cost+30%) or downshift to the free strategist for the rest of the billing month. Hard-cap is the default; metered overage requires explicit consent per user. Refund policy.
